River Plate Football Australia is the official branch of CA River Plate, the giants of South America Football. With an impressive eight hundred thousand members and fifteen millions of supporters worldwide, River Plate is the largest club in South America and ninth biggest club in the world, offering more than thirty five different sports and activities to all its members.
River Plate has successfully been running in Australia for some time, and it counts with approximately 150 elite Australian players and 22 Victorian State representative players in different age groups
River Plate Football Australia is now offering all primary and secondary schools the opportunity to take part in promotional clinics. The Aim of the clinics is to introduce students to the basic soccer skills with a touch of South American flavour!!!
The content of the clinics is carefully selected and it can be integrated to your health and physical education program.
The Program is overseen by Daniel Santomil, a Physical Education Teacher with fifteen years experience in Primary and Secondary schools and a professional football coach with an impressive record who has successfully managed since 1997.
The clinics are delivered in your school grounds and during school hours. We will endeavour to run a clinic with your entire school in one day. We engage as many coaches as necessary guarantee the smooth running of the lessons that range between thirty and forty five minutes with approx 25 to 30 students
.
All students are encouraged to take part in the activities and to enjoy themselves while learning the skills.
The emphasis is to have fun and try their best. It is also ideal for: Italian days and other school extra-curricular activities.
