Daniel Santomil

(Football Operations Director)
The River Plate Football in Australia is managed by Daniel, who is 43 years old Argentinean born Coach and a fanatic River Plate supporter. Daniel played as a youth player for C.A Argentinos Juniors, where he was awarded a four year scholarship at the Institute of Sport before migrating to Australia. Daniel has been football Manager in Australia for 20 years. He obtained a degree in Physical Education and still continues working on part time basis as a Physical Education Teacher in St Peter Julian Primary School and in St Luke Primary school. Daniel also has a post-graduate degree in Business Management and a Graduate Diploma in Sport Science. He holds a State License in coaching issued by the Football Federation of Victoria where he is also recognised by Football Australia as State Instructor for his past contributions working in coaching courses. Daniel is also the Founder and the President of the South Eastern Piranhas FC which is also affiliated to C.A. River Plate. Daniel has been successfully operating the Academy since 1996.

Louie Diakoloukas
(Operation Manager)
Louie has been involved in football for over 32 years.
He has played in the Victorian league through different clubs. Including Keilor,Regend And Brunswick.
He has coached from Rooball, juniors, youth and at Senior Levels
for the past 7 years.
He Hold An Accredited Senior Licence Issued by Football Federation Australia
He Is Married With 3 Kids,Hes wife Samantha,His kids Zoe Samuel (who Plays With The Piranhas) and Paris. Louie is the Operation Manager At a book printing company, Managing 30 senior staff.

Steve Norris
The River Plate Training is very lucky to have secured the services of Steve Norris who is a 48 years old coach trained in the UK. Steve has been coaching football for 20 Years and he also has held a position with the English Football Association. Steve played for Arsenal youth and Reserves in England, where he played with David O'Leary who is the current Manager with Aston Villa and Liam Brady and Frank Stapleton amongst other players who represented the Republic of Ireland. Steve migrated to Australia with his wife Megan and his two sons and since then he has been involved with a number of local senior teams including Croydon FC with great successes. Steve has been working at the RPT for almost a year now and he is a valued and respected member of the coaching staff. The RPT players look up to him for his knowledge of the game, his professional approach and great manner.
Mathew Borowicz
Mathew was born in Cieszyn, Poland on 26-04- 1984, where he graduated from the Sports Champion School with a profile in Football. He played for Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biala in the Polish Second Division and only due to several ankle injuries he was forced to an early retirement.
Since then, he migrated to Australia with his girlfriend Sylvia, where he started coaching at Junior level with Knox United and The Australian Football Skool where he was voted the coach of the season by his peer coaches and the management.
Currently, he holds a youth license issued by the FFV and is working for our academy as a development coach.
Mathew has great rapport with all children and Parents, and has the ambition to work full-time in football in the near future.

Ariel Reigosa
(Physical Fitness)

Ariel was born in Argentina in 1964, Migrated to Australia in 1982. After an extensive Football career, which includes Argentinos Juniors and Velez Sarsfield where he played as a youth Player, he represented a number of National and state senior sides in Australia.
Ariel consolidated himself as a Junior and Senior coach and several of the teams he coached in Victorian leagues won back to back Championships.
In 2008, the Premier League women side he was in charged ,won the league undeafeted.
Ariel holds a Senior License and a certificate in Kinesiology.
The South Eastern Piranhas and the River Plate Football Training has secured his services for 2009.
Ariel will be responsible of the Physical Fitness development, monitoring and testing of our young talented players.
Ariel has been highly recomended, and we are very happy to have him as a member of our experienced team.
Ariel Reigosa
Enrique Santos
Enrique was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and later on migrated to Australia with his family.
Enrique's Father was a professional player in Uruguay and as a result of that, the entire family lived and breathe football.
He Played juniors with Keilor Park in Victoria, and claimed a number of junior titles. He turn semi- professional at the age of fifteen and played in Queeensland for a number of Premier League clubs.
Enrique has combined his work as a casino staff trainer and football for sometime now. He returned to South America where he trained staff for the Conrad Hilton International Casino in Punta del Este in Uruguay. Enrique also managed to complete his coaching course in Brasil where he specialised in junior and youth development with Gremio FBPA in the Brasilian First Division. He returned to Queensland and trained privately a number of players.
Enrique has joined the River Plate Training in Melbourne. He has been highly recomended by a number of our colleagues and we are sure, his enthusiasm combined with his highly technical football background and knowledge, will be an asset for all our players.
