Ingrid is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who specializes in a wide range of clinical, corporate and sports nutrition services. Ingrid practices as a private practicing dietitian and nutrition consultant for four of the major Lifecare centres within metropolitan Melbourne. She also works at St Vincent’s Hospital as one of their senior diabetes dietitians, and is involved in clinical research into the ongoing nutritional problems experienced by adolescents and young adults. She is also one of the current developers of the ‘wellness program’ a weight loss and fitness program being established within Lifecare.


Ingrid also has experience in providing informative and motivational group consultations and presentations on a wide variety of health, fitness and nutrition topics. Currently she is involved with a Melbourne Girls Secondary College on assessing student’s physical and nutritional requirements for optimal athletic and academic performance.


Ingrid’s special interests include sports nutrition, diabetes management, weight loss, eating disorders, gastrointestinal problems and adolescent health. She is committed to ensuring her clients reach their nutritional goals to ensure optimal nutrition is delivered for health and performance needs.


Ingrid’s other interests include Latin dancing, Pilates, netball, football, traveling and cooking. She is also fluent in Swedish.
