5 Year plan

1- 2009 Create River Plate Oceania Inc representative teams.
Developing squad of under 11’s and under 15’s in 2010 ages.
r Increase the number of scholarships from 4 to 6.
rContinue scouting for players who are willing to put time, effort and commitment, working closely with the academy and club to guarantee continuos development of all our players. All under 14’s players should be training full time or 5 days a week starting in 2010.
rEstablish closer connections with River Plate Affiliations in America (Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, EEUU, Puerto Rico), South America and Europe and clubs like Barcelona FC in Spain, Gremio FC in Brazil and Arsenal FC in England.
rEstablish connections with Asian clubs for players who can’t secure European passports.
rComplete a study of worldwide tournaments and indicate our intention to play and secure invitations.
rContinue the support our past junior players 18 years + now
And help them with secure contracts locally or overseas clubs.
r Application (business plan) to the council for the upgrading of Facilities including synthetic ground, and clubrooms for the Piranhas Either in Dandenong or other grounds in the area.

2- 2010 Compete in interstate competitions using the River Plate Oceania teams.

r Scholarship players to travel to River Plate in Argentina, for the first time.
- Recruit scouts in Oceania and Asia
- Submit applications to several schools to run our Academy and club program as part of their curriculum during school hours.

3- 2011 River Plate Oceania Inc to affiliate and obtain interests in a First Division club or a Victorian Premier League Club.

4- 2012 First River Plate Oceania Inc 6 weeks World tour:
Travel to America, Argentina, Spain and England , visiting our club in Argentina for preparation and, other River Plate affiliations and European clubs with the purpose of showcasing our talent and gaining international experience. Players from other River Plate affiliations may be invited as well to either complete or strengthen our squads.
