DAY 01: Buenos Aires- Mendoza
Arrival at the Airport of Mendoza, reception and transfer to your selected hotel, where we will meet know the wine specialist who will accompany you throughout all the route. At noon we will participate in a lunch in a typical Restaurant, during which we will begin to become familiar with local wines. After eating and having enjoyed the traditional Mendoza Afternoon "siesta" nap, we will visit the city trying to understand the local culture, key aspect to understand the wine making process. The visit will conclude with a course of Introduction to the Techniques of Wine Tasting in charge of the oenologist that will introduce us to the world of wines, its processing and techniques of elaboration, the importance of the cork in the bottle and on the use of glasses to taste wines. After the class, that will last approximately two hours, we will be able to participate in an optional supper with directed tasting. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 02: Mendoza
Breakfast. Exit towards the Mendoza productive oasis. Visit to the Bodega or Wine Cellar Rural and the Lopez Bodega. Lunch in the Bodega La Agricola, of the Zuccardi Family, where we will enjoy exquisite Argentine meats (Goat, calf, pig and lamb) accompanied by house wines. All this brightened up by local folkloric music. Next we will visit the Viniterra Bodega. After seeing the sunset over the Andes, we will return to the hotel. Optional supper in the Wine Bar with directed tasting,. Back to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 03: Mendoza
Breakfast. Exit to visit the Nieto Senetiner and Viña Amalia Bodegas. Return to the City of Mendoza. Lunch and afternoon free. Suggested optional programmes for the afternoon: 1 Visit to the Fabre Montmayou and Doliom Bodegas (or some other of interest),
2 Excursion to Villavicencio,
3 Thermal Baths in the Hotel of Cacheuta.
At dusk and saying goodbye to Mendoza, we will participate in a supper in the famous Restaurant 1884, belonging to the Chef Francis Mallmann or in the Restaurant Azafran Almacen de Exquisiteces. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 04: Mendoza - Buenos Aires
On the greed time, transfer to the airport to board your return flight.
